Mrs. Carolyn B. Smith, age 56 of Conyers, formerly of Walton County, died Thursday, January 5, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth N. Smith, Conyers; daughter and son-in-law, Tanya and Andrew Rahmes, Covington; son, Michael Smith, FL; sisters, Nancy Schuler, Loganville, Geraldine Farr, Covington; granddaughters, Caroline Rahmes, Payton Rahmes; several in-laws, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Smith was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel with Pastor Mike Franklin officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens.
