Rosa Louise Smallwood, 86 of Covington, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Pruitt Health Care. Louise was born in Atlanta Georgia to the late Arthur and Rosa Glaze. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 28 years Ray E. Smallwood, brother, William Glaze and sister, Irene Glaze Bruce. Louise was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, nannie and friend. She was a member of the Porterdale Women’s Club. Louise worked for Bibb manufacturing as a spinner for 30 years. She loved to sew and enjoyed sewing for others. She was an avid Bingo player and mastered at Cooking. Louise also adored flower gardening.

She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Kenneth and Darlene Smallwood, grandson and his wife Darrell and Becky Smallwood, three great grandchildren, Eli, Sara, and Maggie Smallwood, and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Smallwood’s Service was Monday, Aug. 17, 2015 at noon at Wheeler Funeral Home 11405 Brown Bridge Rd.
