Patty Connell of Oxford, died January 4, 2011, at the age of 49. Mrs. Connell loved her horses and her dog, Bullet. She was a wonderful Nana, and will be greatly missed by her family.

 Survivors include her husband, Steven Daryl Connell of Oxford; daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Travis Lowery of Covington; son, Steven Daryl Connell, II, of Oxford; mother, Virginia Sanphilipo of Greenville, SC; father, Levi Clayton and Teresa Head of Newborn; grandchildren, Brannan Lowery, Jesse Lowery, Jordan Connell; 4 sisters; father and mother-in-law, Jackson and Barbara Connell of Covington.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Connell will be held Saturday, January 8, 2011, 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Rd., with Pastor Carl Butcher officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Saturday, from 10-11 AM.
