Funeral services for Emma Susie Butts, of 10529 Dinah Pace Rd. Covington, Georgia were held Saturday, September 10, 2016, at 1 p.m. at Springfield Missionary Baptist Church, 2050 Bethany Rd. Madison, Ga. 30650. Bishop Kenneth Jones served as pastor and Pastor Emeritus W.J. Reid as eulogist with assistance by others. Interment was at the church cemetery. Butts leaves to cherish her memories, siblings, Mr. & Mrs. Moses (Rockie L.) Butts, Jr., Rev. and Mrs. W.J. (Martha J.) Reid, Minister Lillian Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. James (Marie) Butts and Mr. and Mrs. Freddie (Adella) Burston; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
