AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) — A Georgia woman was arrested after police say she locked her 13-year-old son out of the house overnight because he missed his curfew.
An incident report from the Richmond County Sheriff's Office says Antonia Folsom was arrested May 26 on a charge of deprivation of a minor.
Folsom's son told police that he had to sleep on a concrete patio in the backyard after his mother refused to let him inside when he missed his 9 p.m. curfew. The police report says Folsom then went to work in the morning and told her older son not to let his brother inside.
Folsom's children were turned over to their grandmother.
On Wednesday, Folsom didn't immediately return a phone message left at the number listed for her in the police report.
