ATLANTA (AP) — State labor officials say Georgia's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate is at 6.3 percent, which is unchanged from the previous month.
The Georgia Department of Labor on Thursday announced the April jobless rate. It is down from 7.3 percent from a year ago.
State Labor Commissioner Mark Butler said in a statement that the April figure continues a 54-month trend in which the state's unemployment rate has either declined or remain unchanged.
