Social Circle’s welcome center remains closed as crews continue to clean up from a fire that struck the structure on June 2. The center is expected to reopen by month’s end, according to Mike Miller, director of Social Circle Better Hometown. Until then, Miller is working out of donated space in a warehouse and out of city hall.
