Incoming sixth graders will have the chance to prepare for middle school by attending day camps July 28-29.

At the day camps students will learn about clubs, connections and physical education, college and career awareness and readiness strategies, school rules, discipline and dress code, lockers, the importance of regular attendance, study skills and organization and the school schedule. Students will also have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the layout of the school.

T-shirts are included in the registration for some of the schools and are available for purchase at others during the day camp. Fees for the camps are determined by the t-shirt inclusions and length of the program, and are different for each school; however none exceed $20.
