COVINGTON, Ga. — Police are looking for two male suspects in the early morning armed robbery of a shopper outside Walmart.

It happened at about 6:35 a.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of the store at 10300 Industrial Blvd. NE.

The men got away with a small amount of cash.

The victim was not injured, Covington police Detective Kara Hipps said.

The suspects were described as black, and Hipps said the victim thought they might have been in their late teens or early 20s.

“They came from the IHOP side of Walmart and ran toward Settlers Grove” after the attack,” Hipps said.

Images of the suspects were captured on surveillance video at the store. The Covington Police Department posted the video to YouTube.
