NCSO seeks information on missing Covington man last seen in Gainesville, Florida

COVINGTON, Ga. - Investigators with the Newton County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public's help in locating a man who was last seen in the Gainesville, Florida area. 

According to a BOLO report from NCSO, "Mr. Hale left his home in Covington to take his granddaughter to work in Conyers. Mr. Hale was wearing blue jeans, a dark shirt and a dark-colored ball cap."

Hale, whose first name is not given in the BOLO report, was driving a 2008 black Chevrolet Silverado (Tag: BCM7639). 

"He has a history of memory loss and blood pressure problems, but does not have medicine with him," according to the report. "He also has hip problems, causing a slight limp on his left side."

Hale was last seen in Gainesville, Florida at 7 a.m. Nov. 2 at a Marathon gas station.
