COVINGTON, Ga. – Vandalism at a Newton County middle school was discovered by a Newton County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO) deputy responding to another act of vandalism Wednesday.

According to the NCSO incident report, the deputy responded June 7 to a report of property damage at a residence on Rolling Ridge Drive. In that incident, the complainant’s car was keyed. An obscene image was also scratched into the car and a vulgarity directed toward the complainant was written on the mailbox.

The complainant reportedly told the deputy the juveniles who damaged her property had come from a path that leads to Clements Middle School. According to the report, the deputy walked around the back of the gym and found the words "blood," "Vlone" and "(expletive deleted) crip" spray painted on the school.

According to the report, the urban dictionary defines Vlone as "the better thug than thug the ones that tell the truth and back it up, drop out of school because they 100 percent sure they’ll make better of themselves living the street life.”

According to the report, no witness or suspect information was available.
