Oxford hangs Old Glory

OXFORD, Ga. – Oxford employees Scottie Croy and Jonathan Benton used the city’s bucket truck to hang a large American flag on the Old Church Monday morning as the city gets ready for its annual Fourth of July parade and celebration. The parade kicks off at 10 a.m. Wednesday and will wind down Emory Street before ending at the Old Church where folks can enjoy food and fun.
