William (Bill) L. Johnson, 59, of Covington, died July 22. The son of Marie Fuller Johnson, he was born in Fulton County. Mr. Johnson served in the U.S. Army Airborne Division and was a quality control inspector for Kliklok for 38 years. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by stepfather Andy Still.

Surviving are wife Jane Johnson of Covington; daughter and son-in-law Michelle and Jason King of Lexington; son and daughter-in-law William "Billy" L. Jr. and Jackie Johnson of Porterdale; grandchildren Hannah King, Taylor Johnson, William "B.J." L. Johnson III; mother Marie Still of Conyers; sister and brother-in-law Anita and Richard Noles of Conyers; niece Regina Noles.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today, July 25 at the Baptist Tabernacle with Dr. R. Hudson Moody officiating. Interment will be at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville.
