Edward S. "Eddy" King, 60, of Social Circle, died March 30. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps for three years in Vietnam.

Surviving are parents Mr. and Mrs. Walter L. King; brother Phillip King; sons David King Saladino, George W. King (Jo Englert); best friend Candy King Davis; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 3, in the chapel of Eternal Hills Funeral Home, Snellville, with the Rev. Michael Wilson and the Rev. Charles Swaney officiating. Entombment will follow in Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, 55 Ga. Highway 229, Social Circle.
