Mr. Randy Withrow announces the engagement of Candis Lynn Withrow of Covington to Paul Douglas Passmore, son of Mr. Douglas Passmore.

The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Glynis Hester Withrow and stepdaughter of Marsha Withrow. She is the granddaughter of Billie Hester, the late Gerald Hester and the late Helen and Randall Withrow. She attended Georgia Southern University and Georgia Perimeter College and is employed by Bridgestone Golf.

The groom is the son of the late Ginger Passmore and the grandson of Evely Weaver of Conyers. He attended Georgia Perimeter College and is employed by the Newton County Fire Department, Station 1.

The wedding is planned for Sept. 15 at Indian Springs Resort, The Village of Indian Springs, Flovilla.
