The Interact Club of Newton High School will host a charity basketball tournament Saturday, Feb. 23, between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Newton High School gym.

All proceeds from the co-ed 3-on-3 tournament will go toward Relay for Life.

The cost for each player is $10, a total of $30 per team. There will be a grand prize of $150 for the winning team and first-place medals.

Students interested can register at Newton High with Mrs. Brown in room 59 before or after school. Those students will receive a receipt to bring the day of the tournament. If you do not have a team, please register to be assigned with a team.

The tournament is not limited to NHS students, and anyone can register with Ali Punjani via email at punjanial@mail.com.

The tournament will be capped to 32 teams, and anyone interested in sponsorship can contact Nicole Fleming at NewGenerations@RotaryCovington.org.
