The United Way in Rockdale County will kick off its 2009 Campaign with a Conyers and Rockdale Rotary-sponsored luncheon on Thursday, August 20, 11:30 a.m. at Always Event Center, 1609 Milstead Road, featuring CEO of United Way of Metro Atlanta Milton Little.

 The luncheon also kicks off a book drive to help expand the library at the Early Learning Center for 3- and 4-year-olds at the Rockdale Career Academy.
