We were fortunate that LifePoint Hospitals purchased our local medical center. They have a reputation of running good solid community hospitals.

This past week the Rockdale Medical Center hired Bryan K. Dearing as its new CEO.

Dearing, who has a strong résumé of success in various hospitals throughout the south, said that his focus will be to provide the leadership, support and resources necessary to build upon the storing foundation that is already in place.

Interim CEO Deborah Armstrong has done a commendable job during this transition period and will stay on COO and VP of operations.

We welcome Bryan Dearing to the community and are looking forward to his ideas and involvement.
