Infinity Network Solutions, Inc., an information technology services company for small to mid-sized businesses and public sector agencies, announced today the acquisition of CompuNet, Inc., a full service Networking and Internet solutions provider located in Macon.
The decision to acquire CompuNet is a strategic move into the banking and financial services arena.

All staff of CompuNet will transfer to Infinity as part of the acquisition, and all clients of CompuNet will begin being served immediately by the combined team.

The acquisition of CompuNet follows closely on the heels of Infinity's expansion into the Covington/Conyers marketplace and 2013's acquisition of Giddens Network Services.
