IN BRIEF: The Board of Commissioners voted, 2-1, with Commissioner JaNice Van Ness voting against, to approve a secon read of a special use permit that brought much discussion an controversy at the BOC for a daycare for TGS Christian Ministries at 2360 Old Covington Highway. Conditions added between the first and second read included a sunset of the permit in two years, requiring reapplication.
