Dear Editor,

You write that the judge’s comments were true, but not appropriate. If he is "out of order," then who is the anointed one to deliver his comments?

Probably no one, because this is 21st Century America, and no white can make any detrimental comment about blacks without getting into trouble – while the reverse is not true.

This is a race issue and nothing else. If this situation was reversed, you would never hear a thing, as the pendulum swings only one way.

I have considered the full basis of the facts and wish that the judge had remained.

Finally, I suggest the clerk remember that, "what goes around, comes around."
