Ms. Willie Jean Smith was born August 17, 1950 to the parentage of Ms. Beulah Kate Smith and Mr. L. C. Smith. She departed this life on December 9, 2015.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Beulah Kate Smith and father L.C. Smith, four sisters, Ann Smith, Sarah Smith, Lisa Smith and Tina Boswell, two brothers and one grandson.

She leaves to cherish her memories; a loving son and daughter, Mr. Gregory (Betty) Smith and Ms. Gwendolyn (Terry) Smith, six sisters, Gladys (Henry) Avery Lavern (Otis) Smith, Annie Nell Smith, Teresa Banks, Darlene Hicks and Shelia Gaither, three brothers, Luther(Judy) Smith, Joseph (Keisha) Hicks and Curtis Hardeman, step mother, Beula Hardeman special grandchildren, Rodrick Smith, Kiwanna Jackson, Nykia Smith, Tierra Smith, Destine Smith, Jamarcus Benjamin, Alexander Chandler and Rayneshia Clay, other grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, nine great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, a special nephew, Derrick Smith.
