Mary L. Hedrick of Covington, passed away Oct. 6, 2016, at the age of 83. Mrs. Hedrick attended Newton Baptist Church. She was a loving wife and mother who was devoted to her family.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Sam Hedrick; sons and daughter-in-law Jeffrey and Karen Hedrick, and Michael Hedrick, all of Covington; brother David Fullen; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service for Mrs. Hedrick will be held Monday, Oct. 10, 2016, 11 a.m., at Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, Covington, with Reverend Tony Howeth officiating. Friends may visit with the family at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., prior to the service. Flowers are accepted, or donations may be made to Abbey Hospice Foundation, PO Box 68, Social Circle, Ga 30025.
