Leroy McMillian of Covington, passed away October 24, 2010, at the age of 71. Mr. McMillian enjoyed music and loved going to flea markets. He collected records and die-cast model cars, and his best buddy was his dog, “Chopper”. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Otis and Nannie Ruth (Holloway) McMillian; and his five brothers. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Jean (Koger) McMillian of Covington; sons and daughter-in-law, Roy McMillian of Marietta, Doug and Michelle McMillian of Covington, Jeff McMillian of Douglasville; brother, Leon McMillian of Covington; 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mr. McMillian will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2010, 2:00 PM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, with Pastor Edward Wilkerson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Tuesday, October 26, from 5-8 PM.
