Lee Seal of Covington, formerly of Russellville, AL, passed away July 13, 2011, at the age of 74. He retired from Vulcan Materials, in Conyers, after 19 years of service. He enjoyed cooking and working in his vegetable garden. Mr. Seal was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Lester and Dollie (Fuller) Seal.

Survivors include his wife, Pat Seal of Covington; daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and David Linkletter of Conyers, Pam and Ricky Skidmore of Russellville, AL; sons and daughters-in-law, Jason and Brandi Pickerill of Monroe, Ricky and Beverly Seal; sister, Joyce Malone, all of Russellville, AL; grandchildren, Shelby and Corey Young, Ricky Maness, all of Covington; 9 additional grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mr. Seal will be held Friday, July 15, 2011, 10:00 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, with David Roseberry officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, July 14, from 6-9 PM. Interment will be held Saturday, July 16, 2:00 PM, at Franklin Memorial Gardens, in Russellville, AL.
