John Bernard Kasper of Covington, passed away Dec. 27, 2017, at 70 years of age. Mr. Kasper was retired from AT&T and was a member of the IBEW. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Atheleen (Bjork) Kasper.

Survivors include his loving wife of 23 years, Shirley (King) Kasper; sons, David Kasper of The Woodlands, Texas, and Mark Kasper of Chandler, Arizona.
