Frances C. Dolan of Covington, died July 28, 2009, at the age of 69. Mrs. Dolan loved spending time with her family, going to the beach, camping, and traveling. She enjoyed crafts and studying history. Mrs. Dolan was preceded in death by her husband, James Barrett Dolan; daughter, Katherine Marie Waters; and father, Willie Frank Waters. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Amanda Dolan of St. Augustine, FL, Barry and Maranda Dolan of Philadelphia, MS; grandchildren, Tommy James Dolan, James Dewayne Dolan, Angel Batchelor, Eric James Dolan, Autumn Gail Dolan; mother, Ola Mae Waters of Covington; sisters and brother-in-law, Pat and Russell Grant of Covington, Sandra Rosser of Suwanee; brother, Bill Waters of Bowman, GA; aunt, Von Caldwell; sisters-in-law, Betty J. Dolan and Bobbie Kinney. Funeral Services for Mrs. Dolan will be held Friday, July 31, 2009, 11 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Rd., with C.W. Kinney officiating and interment following in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Thursday, July 30, from 5-8 PM.
