Eddie Lewis Kite of Newborn, passed away at home, August 6, 2010, at the age of 69. He loved the Lord and his family. His grandchildren were his pride and joy - the light of his life. Mr. Kite loved to talk to people, and he loved laughter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Bruce and Pauline (Head) Kite. Survivors include his wife, Amilee (Smith) Kite of Newborn; daughter and son-in-law, Louise Faythe and David Prince of Gray Court, SC; grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, and Kaitlyn Prince; sisters, Kathleen K. Lynch, Sally Mills, both of Covington, Linda Kitchens of Jersey, GA; brother, Albert Kite of Hampton; several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service for Mr. Kite will be held Sunday, August 8, 2010, 2:00 PM, at Memory Chapel Mausoleum in Lawnwood Memorial Park.
