SOCIAL CIRCLE, Ga. - According to a statement by Social Circle City Schools (SCCS), the decision has been made to cancel all classes and school activities for Wednesday, Sept. 13. 

If SCCS still has no power on Thursday, the board of education meeting scheduled for Sept. 14 will be postponed until Sept. 21.
