Newton County Schools are closed tomorrow (Tuesday, Jan. 7), school spokesperson Sherri Davis-Viniard said in an email at 2:54 p.m.

All 12-month employees should report at 10 a.m., the email said.

Social Circle Schools are also closed Tuesday, as are Rockdale, Henry and Walton county schools.
