Middle Ridge Elementary School is not expected to meet Adequate Yearly Progress for the upcoming 2011-12 school year.

Students scheduled to attend Middle Ridge are eligible for school choice.

Students can attend either Fairview or Livingston Elementary schools and will be transported there by the school system.

They can also continue to attend Middle Ridge.

For students and their parents interested in school choice, there will be a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Middle Ridge to discuss school options.

There will be a transfer form mailed to all homes of currently zoned Middle Ridge students.

If parents want to continue with their current school assignment, they may disregard the meeting and the transfer form.
