South Salem Elementary students in Ms. Kimberly Malcom’s class celebrated the birthday of the beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss on Friday morning. The students read the book, “Green Eggs and Ham” and used pictures and words to follow a recipe to create the special treat. Students cracked eggs and added ingredients to make their eggs green and then enjoyed them for a tasty breakfast.
