A member of the National Educators Association, Mosley began her career as a teacher at the Narvie J. Harris Traditional Theme School in the DeKalb County School District in 1999. During her time at Narvie J. Harris, she taught pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, first, third and fifth grades. Mosley was promoted to assistant principal at Edward L.
