COVINGTON, Ga. – The Newton County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO) is looking for the person who illegally dumped trash at a Covington business Wednesday.

According to the incident report, a woman contacted NCSO July 19 to report that somebody had dumped the trash in the dumpster and parking lot at Rush Tees and Signs on Washington Street.

The complainant reportedly told the deputy she had mail belonging to whoever dumped the trash.
