NCSO seeks information in murder investigation

COVINGTON, Ga. - The Newton County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in the investigation into the death of Quentin Martin, 16, who was killed Oct. 24 in front of his home on Greenway Drive. 

According to a NCSO news release, Martin was arriving home from work and was shot while exiting his vehicle "in an ambush-style attack." Investigators believe he was followed by another vehicle from the Zaxby's parking lot, located on Brown Bridge Road. 

NCSO is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals involved in this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact NCSO Cpl. Wade Freeman at 678-625-1445.
