SOCIAL CIRCLE, Ga. – Investigators with the Newton County Sheriff’s Office are seeking information on two people suspected of burglarizing a Social Circle gas station twice within the last three months.

In the most recent incident, the suspects forced entry into the front door of the Pure Gas Station at 1313 Highway 11 N Sept. 24  and stole lottery tickets.

The pair is also suspected in a June 27 burglary at the same business. In that incident, the pair reportedly forced entry through the front door of the business using a battery operated sawing device and a pry bar to steal lottery tickets.

According to a NCSO press release, both times the suspects were driving U-Haul vehicles- a box truck in June and a van last Monday.

One suspect is described as a heavyset black female. The second suspect is described as a black male smoker.

Anyone that has any information and/or can identify the suspects, is asked to contact Investigator Clinton French at 678-625-1429 or cfrench@newtonsheriffga.org
