Mansfield swears in new councilmembers

MANSFIELD, Ga. - The City of Mansfield welcomed its two newest council members Monday evening in a special swearing-in ceremony immediately following its last council meeting of the year. 

Mayor Jefferson Riley had the honor of swearing in both Ashlan E. Troutman (Post 3) and Bret A. Dunn (Post 4) to their new positions. Post Troutman and Dunn qualified without opposition in the Nov. 7 municipal election. 

Troutman and Dunn will officially start their roles as councilmembers Jan. 1, 2018. 

Councilmember Bryan Hale (Post 5) was also re-elected without opposition in the Nov. 7 election.
