Mammogram gift: In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Newton Medical Center Women’s Diagnostic Center had a drawing for a gift basket each week in October for women who came in and received a mammogram. Renee Bruce, left, received the first gift basket from WDC staff member Ruth Walker. Bruce, a resident of Mansfield, said that she has a routine screening mammogram every year at the WDC.
