COVINGTON, Ga. - Piedmont Newton Hosptial nurses in the Intensive Care Unit planned a special surprise for one of their patients after she became ill on her way to see the beach for the first time in her life. 

Alabama Resident Annie Turner was driving through Georgia when she had to make an emergency stop at Piedmont Newton Hospital. When nurses learned she was missing out on her first-ever trip to the beach, they decided to bring the beach to her instead by throwing her a surprise beach party.
