COVINGTON, Ga. — Newton College and Career Academy FFA had four students compete in the Agricultural Communications Career Development Event, or CDE, on Nov. 11. 

The Agricultural Communications CDE helps prepare students for careers in journalism, radio, web design and marketing by challenging them to complete an editing practicum and a general communication test. This year NCCA FFA placed sixth in the competition. 

Team members included MacKenzie Spicer, Tianna Samuels, Myte Still and Reese Rollins.
