Dolores E. Varkonda, 81, of Covington, died Sept. 7 at Walton Regional Medical Center. The daughter of the late Thomas A. and Bertha Blair Davis, she was born in Clarion County, Pa., in 1926. Mrs. Varkonda was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Youngstown, Ohio, where she served as deacon and member of Trias Chapter of the Eastern Star of Youngstown.
