Taste of Eastside
Eastside High School will host its annual Taste of Eastside on Saturday, Nov. 9, beginning at 4 p.m.

The event will feature live performances from David Clemons, Shane Willwood and Drew Parker, as well as food and fun, including a cornhole tournament.

Tickets to the event are $10, with a $25 fee to enter the cornhole tournament.

Tickets can be purchased in advance.

Proceeds from the event go to support the Eagles' Athletic Department and the Eastside Drama Department.

Anniversary Tourney
The Oaks Course will host its 23rd Anniversary Tournament beginning on Nov. 23.

The two-day event will feature a shotgun start at 9 a.m. on Nov. 23 for the opening round, with second day play beginning at 9 a.m. on Nov. 24.

There will be a two-player team format, including a best ball event and gross and net winners.

Awards and prizes will be handed out after the second round.

All players will receive a $15 Oaks Bucks gift certificate for participating.

Entry fee for the tournament is set at $130 for each player.
