Softball
Chaconna Marks, Newton – Marks hit one of Albany State’s three home runs in Albany State’s victory over defending champion Miles in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Championships recently.
Marks was named to the SIAC All-Tournament team after leading the in-conference 22-2 Lady Rams to the title.

Baseball
Keith Buckhault, Eastside – Buckhault had two hits, an RBI and a stolen base in Cleveland State Community College’s 7-3 victory over Jackson State Community College Sunday. Buckhault was a big presence in the Cougars’ sweep over Jackson State, noticing a home run in a 5-1 victory on Saturday. The win came after a 5-2 victory, also on Saturday. Buckhault tallied two more hits, and two more RBI in the series opener.

Taylor Smith, Eastside – Smith was one shot behind Victor Mont to finish in 25th place with a 10-over PBC Championship Sunday.
