The following is an update on former Newton County high school soccer players and their on-the-field performances through Nov. 1 during the 2013 season: Tara Harrison, Eastside- Harrison and the LaGrange Panthers currently sit 8-9-3 on the season, tying their recent match-up 0-0 on the road against Huntingdon. The Panthers broke a 5-game losing streak on Oct. 27 with a 2-0 shutout victory over N.C. Wesleyan. For the season, Harrison has played in 17 games for the Panthers, including 12 starts.
