The Harlem Globetrotters and NBA Legends celebrity basketball game has added a few names to the list of players that will be appearing at Alcovy High School on Sept. 8.

Harold "Bobo" Hubbard, Larry "Shorty" Coleman, Tyrone "Hollywood" Brown, Matt Jackson, Antoine Scott, Reggie Johnson, Ricky Brown and Raymond Brown are scheduled to be at the event to help raise funds for the Lady Tigers basketball program, along with the sponsorship of area businesses.

Among the sponsors for the game are Wendy's, DAJMAR, INC, Pablo Transportation, Ginn Motor Company, Springfield Baptist Church, Covington Christian, Aaron's and BK Medical Group.

Tickets to the game, which tips off beginning at 4 p.m. are $10, and can be purchased at Alcovy High School or at other locations, which can be obtained by calling (678) 467-0001 for more information.
