New Orleans Halloween
7-11 p.m.; Second annual New Orleans Halloween party co-hosted by the Black Cat and Celtic Tavern. Live music, cast from the Originals, red beans and rice, catfish, jambalaya, beignets pralines, costume contest and trick or treating.
