IN BRIEF: A tractor trailer is jacknifed on Interstateo 20 eastbound in the center lane near Ga. Highway 138, according to  Conyers Police. 

Damaged vehicles are pulled over the side road, but traffic is backed up past the West Avenue exit.

Drivers are advised to use alternate routes.
