The Conyers Rotary Club recognized 24 seniors today from Heritage, Rockdale, and Rockdale Magnet high schools in specific subject areas, who were selected by their teachers and counselors.
Organizer Craig Johnson, who chairs the youth services committee for the Conyers Rotary, said "There aren't very many geniouses born into this world. Most of us have to do it the hard way - and that's just work hard. What we're recognizing is the hard work these students have put in."
