Rockdale County Public Schools will be holding a Teen Leadership Summit this Saturday for student leaders.
The summit is open to any students who are interested in honing their leadership skills with sessions focusing on issues including conflict resolution, team building and time management.
The deadline to sign-up is Wednesday, Nov. 7 and the first 250 participants to register receive a free T-shirt.
The summit will be held from 8 am until noon with the first activity being a leadership panel Q&A with local leaders offering their definitions of leadership. Participants will then attend two of twelve learning sessions before the summit closes with a leadership challenge.
