An 18-year-old driver is reportedly in the hospital after a serious single-car accident in Rockdale this morning.

The accident, which reportedly occured on Tucker Mill Road near Deer Hollow Road, was called in around 7:51 a.m. this morning, according to the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office. The car had reportedly crashed into a telephone pole and the male driver was found unconscious and bleeding from the head.

The driver was reportedly life-flighted to Atlanta Medical.
